In the highly competitive marketing environment of real estate, bidding for the same keywords, getting maximum impression share, better CTR and maintaining average position at a lower CPC is quite a challenge. The manual approach to building a keyword set and keeping track of all ad groups didn’t seem feasible for our Life Republic (a Pune based Realty Product) campaign. Therefore, we decided to build an automation platform on top of Adwords Search that understands real estate as an industry, knows the competition and has a rule engine to generate over 20,000 keywords that are relevant to your project. It can generate appropriate text ads to increase relevance and improve CTR, learn directly from performing keywords and optimize the campaign 24x7, 365 days a year. The marketing and sales objectives for Life Republic were not only met but surpassed.

Growing Businesses Online: An Integrated Marketing & Sales Approach for Royal Purandar, Pune
Royal Purandar is a township located 45 minutes from Pune, developed for weekend home buyers and investors. Amura came up with a go-to marketing strategy for Royal Purandar with an aim to generate Rs. 50 Cr. revenue within 3 months. We devised the #LiveInspired campaign with the Ironman of India - Milind Soman – as the brand ambassador. Amura helped the brand right from the mapping of sales and operational processes along with internal resources and external handling of presales, logistics, and sales.
